Group travel to Auckland for a sports competition. Turning up late was no problem. Beds and rooms very comfortable and en suites in good order made stay pleasant. We will be back for any future events Thanks

Review of No. 9 Hotel

I stayed one night in the dorm and it was exaclty what i needed! Room very clean, access to kitchen, perfect location as it's only few minutes walking to Newmarket ! Staff very nice, highly reccomend for one or two night stay!

Pictures on website look better than the building in real. Nice staff, parking is possible in surrounding streets for free if lot is not available. 4-bedroom dorm was neat and clean, but is a very small room for four persons and baggage. Not enough space for unpacking your baggage or changing. Bathroom small but clean and modern. Towels and showergel available. Nice kitchen, very modern styled, clean. Wifi was slow and not in every corner of the kitchen available. In room it was slow and often offline. For a night it was ok.
Room tip: i do not know what "room tip" means, sorry.

I am very happy to hear that you found our staff welcoming and friendly. As always, we do encourage guests to pre-book their parking, as we have limited availability. I am happy to hear that you found some of the free on-street parking available.
All of our dorm rooms have storage space under the beds for people's belongings, as well as many hooks for guests to hang things on. I am sorry if you felt the room was a little small, occasionally other roommates tend to use the space a little unfairly, which can result in them feeling a bit cramped.
I am glad to hear that you found our bathrooms clean and modern, and yes, we do have free towels for guests to use (just ask reception).
I have elevated your wifi issues to our I.T manager, and we hope to sort that issue out today>

Stayed for 3 days with my grandchild super location within walking distance to bus / train station. Room clean, great kitchen for self catering fully stocked with appliances if required. Staff extremly helpful will stay again thank you.

Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is in prime position for shopping with the new Newmarket Westfield a short walk from hotel with multiple places to eat. We had a twin room which was adequate but a tad small the room would be fine if bed did not have to be split for twin beds. Coffee and tea provided. Great shower - lovely n hot. Room quiet was not disturbed by other guests. Would stay again. With the bonus of onsite car park.

Very nice place to stay. Great location on the edge of Newmarket. We booked a carpark which made our stay even easier. The staff are helpful and friendly. The kitchen area is excellent with everything you need and is a great place to hang and recharge.
