The BIG breakfast is the best thing you would want to wake up for!!
Cooked to perfection, the food was a smorgasbord of flavour/seasonings, the staff cheerful and friendly and the pot belly fire made it very difficult to step back out into the cold frosty day.
Ps: dinner there night before .. fish and chips..... left me wishing I had room for another serving!!
Looking forward to stopping there again soon.

We stopped in Hunterville for lunch while driving around New Zealand. For an unknown reason, only takeaway was available, so after waiting in the dining room, we took our food to the patio and ate there. It was good food, and the restaurant is a good place for family or business lunches.

recall hunterville being a cute stop. this cafe was pretty average. drinks arrived a while after diy cabinet food eaten. meah

there's new owners here i think. The choice of food was your usual plus some other things not normally on a kiwi menu. However when we were here the service was a bit lacking and the food just average.
