Great owners - sorted out making sure I could get into my room after my ferries were cancelled/delayed and generally running very late. Awesome to have that flexibility and helpfulness. Also nice and quiet to get a good nights sleep which helped!
Unfortunately not a good experience that I had. The bed linen was dirty. I slept on towels bedding was filthy. Tried different cushions but to no avail, hair on all the cushions and stains on bedding and cushions. The cups had stains and ring marks on the inside. Will not come back, rather go to Bulls, Whanganui, or Palmerton North and drive to do my work. Sorry guys but it's true.
Had an awesome stay here seeing the New Year in. Only planned on staying 2 nights but decided on a 3rd..
Clean & comfortable room,just a shame Marton's water is very undesirable.. will def be back for future stays.

Spent one night in the middle of winter at the Marton motel. I could have stayed the whole week. Our twin bed room had everything we needed. It was well maintained and comfortable. The room was warm and welcoming. As for the shower I have never had such strong water pressure any where before. Fantastic location, Friendly reception, Easy parking. A great place to start our week.
Stayed at Marton Motel and won't again. Smudged glassware, Chipped cup, Food left on cooking pots/frypan
Hair on a bowl. Kitchen utensils were also victims with leftover food on them.Microwave was clean though along with fridge. Single bed was very soft. Really disappointing.
