We love this resort! We return every year and are never disappointed. There is something for everyone here of all ages. There are many different pools and restaurants and bars. The staff throughout the resort are wonderful. Each year there are new developments and new things to love about the resort.
This year, I discovered the sushi bar where the delightful Esther and I communicated in Spanglish and she made me, salmon and avocado California rolls – absolutely delicious

Our friends Vicky Z and Sara G , (the chief concierge) made sure everything was perfect for our rooms for all our family Mary, Camilla and All the concierge staff and our Butler, Omar, made sure that all our day-to-day needs were taken care of. Always with a smile no matter how many times I called during a day

At the spa Viry once again provided excellent massage treatments. I have massages all over the world and she is one of the best I have ever experienced
we received excellent service in all of the restaurants so many service whose name I do not remember but Cynthia deserves particular mention as she remembers our drink preferences, and my allergies from two years ago, quite extraordinary

Simply put this is one of my absolute favourite resorts anywhere in the world highly recommended

Always a wonderful time here. Special thanks to Celso, for a very relaxing massage, Alba, who gave the absolute best customer service I’ve received during my pedicure, and Rico Rodriguez and Pedro Louis at kobo for any amazing time. Rico made my son’s first time here a real treat.

Good food, nice outdoor facilities. The rooms need paint and maintenance on A/C . Not terrible but needs updating. The biggest problem is being ripped off excessively at any of the shops in the resort. It doesn't matter how good a resort is if you feel you have spent hard earned money only to be taken advantage of.
