Another great trip to El Cid in Puerto Morelos! Family and friends - we all had a great time as always. Our butlers - Ivan Garcia and Cali Medina were always on top of things starting everyday providing an update of what the day held. Any reservations or services we needed, they were always available and prompt to accommodate. Look forward to seeing them again in 45days.

Marina El Cid es muy, muy excelente. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds and there are lots of food options. The pools are so fun and relaxing. The staff is what really puts the experience over the top. Everyone is so friendly and works hard to make your trip special. Ivan Garcia and Cali Medina specifically were our butlers and they were absolutely phenomenal. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything they needed. We also appreciated how informed they kept us on the events around the resort. 10/10 would recommend them!

This is our fifth time in this resort and we wouldn’t go anywhere else in this part of mexico. Best services, best location (the beach on one side, the mangrove jungle on the other. Puerto Morelos in walkable distance. Big thanks to the concierge/ info desk Ceci for her passion and patience!

What an amazing experience! We got real relaxation and comfort during our stay at Hotel Marina El Cid for five nights. Our family of 8 had 3 rooms. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All inclusive is great. The food, drinks and service were incredible. The breakfast buffet had everything you would ever want. We had nice choices for lunches too. For dinners we did reservations. The restaurants were good we definitely enjoyed most of them but disappointed by the French restaurant, their food not being “truly French food” was tasteless. By the way, restaurant reservations system needs significant improvement.
The property is clean and beautifully landscaped. El Cid is a beautiful resort with plenty to do and all your needs cared for if you want to relax. We came with whole family (parents and kids and grandparents) and we were never without anything to do. We enjoyed the pools and other activities. Unfortunately the beach was not comfortable. Our family had a very special time! Will be back again soon.
