Many restaurants to choose from and plentiful good food. With suite you have a butler who is helpful in getting services, like making reservations and rides between pools. Two infinity pools (one on a rooftop) that don’t allow children, so have peace and tranquility.
All waitresses and waiters are friendly and efficient.

We took 2 grandsons, 10 & 12 to the resort. They had a blast. The activities crew was awesome with fun things planned daily at the large family pool. Games and challenges were fun to watch. The family pool has slides, volleyball, cliffs to jump off and most a variety of depths for different ages. The music was fun and energetic. There are shows every night. We didn’t utilize the kid’s club but our adult children have and recommend it highly. There are many restaurants to choose from and all have kids menu’s available for those picky eaters. There is a swim-up bar and roaming servers. No food available at the pool. They are working hard to improve and restore the beach after the hurricane. On the ocean, you can kayak and borrow float boards. You can also pay extra for some amazing excursions-deep sea fishing, scuba or snorkeling, adventure parks, special dinners, private yachts etc. You can take a taxi to town for shopping, pharmaceuticals or a different beach area. We have been to El Cid many times and stayed in the different sections of the resort. Overall, we would highly recommend this resort.

This was my family's second time coming to this resort, the reason we came back was because it was clean, and the food was very good. In coming back, we found that it was still wonderful. The room was clean and the A/C worked great, clean bathrooms throughout the resort, the staff where all helpful and very happy to help with anything needed and the food, the food was great no matter what restaurant we ate at.

We loved the resorts. We stayed at Marina El CID but loved that we had access to the other resorts. There was something for everyone in our family. The food, drinks and staff were incredible. We will be back.

We have enjoyed coming to El Cid for almost 2 years in a row and we have always gotten a great treatment. Everyone is AWESOME and the hospitality is great.
Usually every year we get someone that treat us very special and this year we got to experience the best customer service by Guadalupe Moreno, when we went to eat at the Mercado de Dolores she attend us as out server and was extremely nice. I have never seen a worker work so hard and still have a smile and always so sweet an attentive to our needs. The place is great for vacation but the people that work there make it more special and we thank you for making our family vacation memorable.
