Very clean. Great family environment (for older kids). Staff was friendly and kind.
Wish that the daily activities reflected the days weather forecast. Having indoor activities on rainy days would have been nice. Nightly entertainment (when it wasn't cancelled due to rain) could be better. Not a great beach.
Still had a great time and would love to come back!

Resort was clean - but maintenance could be better. We waited a week to have a huge beehive removed by our balcony. And it took several requests to have anything done .
Food was ok but not great & we had an awful experience at the French restaurant. Room service was ok but tray pick up could be better since you can’t leave them outside of room.
Resort was clean & aromatherapy & pillow options were a very nice touch!
Butler, maid & concierge service was great!
Concierge could have done a little better with explaining that trips shouldn’t be booked until at resort for better prices & when I asked if shuttle service was available I was told no but you do provide it & we had to pay for services not needed.
The marketing pictures also lend themselves to the earlier days of the resort which is misleading. Especially when compared to the Ventus property.
The service overall was wonderful but for an all inclusive resort you have to tip to really get “ good” service. Especially at the bars. This shouldn’t be. There also needs to be more bartenders outside in the pool area. And while the Platinum bar area is awesome- this service should also be provided outside by the pool area.

Loved our week here. Close to all the things we want to do and pool area/food/service we’re all A+! Not too crowded and felt like we had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great resort great food and pool to relax. Beach is not great but service and people who work there make it worth to go. We stayed there 2 years in row. Service was excellent and we enjoyed staying there. Food is just top notch. For families great place to stay

EL CId is such an amazing resort.You have 4 resorts you can use. You can walk or use their transportation. Lots of gorgeous pools and hot tubs, the beach and even the dolphin experience. The spa is amazing too. 7 different restaurants too. But what makes it feel like home is the friendly staff from the minute you step off the van! Welcome to El CID! Best place ever!
