EL CId is such an amazing resort.You have 4 resorts you can use. You can walk or use their transportation. Lots of gorgeous pools and hot tubs, the beach and even the dolphin experience. The spa is amazing too. 7 different restaurants too. But what makes it feel like home is the friendly staff from the minute you step off the van! Welcome to El CID! Best place ever!

We stayed at the El acid and it was a great experience. Friendly employees, fun activities for everyone, and it was nice to have options of visiting their sister resorts.
We stayed during a hurricane and the hotel did a great job of sheltering and making sure everyone was safe in their rooms.

Great resort great food great times. We were there when Hurricane Beryl hit and we felt safe and accomdated. We were lucky to have two butlers, Noah and Roman who were not only the nicest people you would ever meet, but friendly and helpful to any request.

and no one doing anything about.
every day by the Apple Pool there were many people
smoking and vaping and curing by the kid pool

Our butlers, Roman and Noah, were amazing! Service in the French and Mediterranean restaurants was severely slow. The food in the French restaurant was fantastic. Best steaks we had were there. Cafe staff seemed unfriendly when we were in there. However, everything was very clean and well maintained. Pool/beach bar staff and wait staff were wonderful. Activities group was friendly and outgoing. Fernanda, with sales was very sweet and friendly. We look forward to seeing her again!
