This property is fabulous! We have been coming here for many years. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The pools are great. The service and employees are second to none.

Our butlers, Roman and Noah, were amazing! Service in the French and Mediterranean restaurants was severely slow. The food in the French restaurant was fantastic. Best steaks we had were there. Cafe staff seemed unfriendly when we were in there. However, everything was very clean and well maintained. Pool/beach bar staff and wait staff were wonderful. Activities group was friendly and outgoing. Fernanda, with sales was very sweet and friendly. We look forward to seeing her again!

We really enjoy this resort. It offers pretty much everything. One of the best services is 5he butler service. We had Roman and Noah. They were amazing and we will be requesting them when we return.
Highly recommend going here if traveling to cancun. They do a great job

Special thanks to the staff at the kid's club during our 6 days family vacation at Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort! My kid had such a great time at the club during our stay. The activities at the club were fun, changed daily and well planned. Staff there were attentive and friendly. Highly recommended to parents to drop the kids there for some "me" time! 😄

This resort promised to accommodate my food allergies, however, I spent the entire vacation watching my family order all this delicious looking food while I ate salad and fruit. They would not prepare dishes special. The rooms had bugs, the staff was combative when you brought up issues and the management didn't care enough to even meet with us. There was much more that went wrong but my advice, choose another place to stay.

Reservation messed up. Problems at one of the restaurants. Beaches still need a lot of help. One night room service was extremely slow and delivered cold food.
