This resort promised to accommodate my food allergies, however, I spent the entire vacation watching my family order all this delicious looking food while I ate salad and fruit. They would not prepare dishes special. The rooms had bugs, the staff was combative when you brought up issues and the management didn't care enough to even meet with us. There was much more that went wrong but my advice, choose another place to stay.
Reservation messed up. Problems at one of the restaurants. Beaches still need a lot of help. One night room service was extremely slow and delivered cold food.
All around amazing, don’t forget to ask for Jerry the Bartender!!! The best. Don’t forget to chant his name while the live bands are playing!

I took the family there. We had a pretty good time. The restaurants are pretty good. I've been coming here for the last 10 years. Each time was okay!

The resort was beautiful and clean! Food was delicious and service was wonderful! Gerson was our Butler this week and he was so great! Exceptional service from dinner reservations to golf cart rides to dinner. Gerson arranged a cake and decorations for our daughter’s graduation celebration! We also had a wonderful waiter Gustavo at the Marina & Kabo, hard worker and exceptional service!
