Great customer service and hospitality! Rooms were spacious and clean. Great choice of restaurants. Friendly staff and welcoming front desk .

The resort was beautiful and service was great. The only downside was that the beach at the hotel was not the best. Despite having hurricane Beryl come through on our last day, the staff did a great job preparing everyone and taking care of the guests.

Our butlers Gonzales and Luis were outstanding. Alan and Joel in the Akat restaurant and Luis and Ricardo at the Sense bar, these 6 made our vacation! Not taking away anything from the rest of the amazing staff. It was wonderful to see Tomas was back.
