The resort was beautiful and service was great. The only downside was that the beach at the hotel was not the best. Despite having hurricane Beryl come through on our last day, the staff did a great job preparing everyone and taking care of the guests.

Our butlers Gonzales and Luis were outstanding. Alan and Joel in the Akat restaurant and Luis and Ricardo at the Sense bar, these 6 made our vacation! Not taking away anything from the rest of the amazing staff. It was wonderful to see Tomas was back.

From day one getting reservations at the restaurants was hard. As frustrating as that was everytime we went to the restaurants a good portion of the tables were empty. I believe there should be a percent of tables available for guest that just arrived to the resort. We were unable to get a restaurant for our first full day and had to beg supervisors to get us into restaurants the next couple days because we showed up Monday and all was booked. The room service was not the best as we usually got cold food. We figure that is due to short staffing. The lunch buffet was excellent and I wish it was available for dinner as the dinner buffet just wasn't that good. The resort grounds are very nice so no complaints there and the drinks were good. Obviously, my complaints revolve around the food and restaurant accommodations

We had a great time during our 6 days stay. Amazing view, great food, the comfort & cleanliness of the room & awesome staff. I celebrated my 50th birthday there, and it was the best birthday ever! Thank you for that wonderful experience!

We had two butlers while we were there Marcelino and David I can’t thank them enough for all the help they gave us. I have been going to the resort for over 10 years and they were the best butlers we’ve ever had. Whether it was right, they gave us in the court or bringing items that we needed for the room., they were just outstanding. They made it very easy for us to have an enjoyable vacation
