Me and my boyfriend recently did vacation to this all Inclusive hotel , and let me tell you guys we visited the bar area as soon you walk in. Enrique was our bartender and let me tell you guys he gave us the best experience ever, he made us special drinks , he always made sure we were comfortable and cossy and that our drinks tasted good but not only that the time we had a at bar was great because Enrique gives the best vibe and serve the best drinks.
On our first night there we went to landshark restaurant and jasiel and Herlindo were our servers let me tell you guys , if you wanna come have a good time and get wasted they will make sure you get wasted , they play with you and keep bring drink and shots for you to have the best night ever, both of them thoughts tricks for the game so we can get more wins. Playing English music jasiel went out of his way to request some more Hispanic Mexican music for us which made our night even better.
At the boathouse Cristian remembered who we were and offered to serve us directly which made our day great , he remembered us from the day before which he was serving us at license to chill bar and let me tell you he was the only server working he was taking everyone’s order while other were just talking, he made sure our food got to us and that our drink were served since there was a lot of people there , but even than he gave us the best experience ever.
Viridiana helped at front desk, we couldn’t get our AC to work (doors have to be closed for ac to turn on)and our tv to connect to our ps5 , she came in our room and took her 5 seconds to fix everything , she super friendly and makes sure everything keeps working until she leaves the room so you don’t have no more problems for the rest of the days your staying there. But in general all staff was great but this people right here went above and beyond for us , we had the best time and they made our experience even better the best time.
