It was two years ago when I discovered this gem hidden in the Brianza hills, and this time I take the chance to review them again , as they now deserve the five stars .
Dinner with family , it was an endless and inspiring experience with tastes and techniques made to really provide the guests a memorable moment .
The service was smooth, impeccable and attentive . Everything from amuse bouche , a thin sesame cracker filled with hiberico ham , the starters with their signature dish "i rossoneri scendono in campo" that just for its presentation deserves a place under the sun , the flavour of this cod based dish is a serenade. Il mare " the sea" simply delicious and unforgettable, the risotto made and cooked to look as a pizza, its tomato flavour was so perfectly intense to ask for a second portion , The list could be long but the motions and memories are even longer . Great dinner, with all amazed and happy . I will put Dac a tra in the list of my best places currently around Milano and how they cook the second michelin star cannot be too far
