- excellent for cleaness and room.
- have public kitchen area for guest.
- good for fitness and pool.
- cleaning 2 times/week
- One thing must be making sure if you decide for long term stay is WIFI. checking by your room located first if you don't want to feel unsatisfied during stay (especially freelance or must to use internet for work). It's too bad all the time although your room far from router only 1 room hahaha .
- this is only one thing should be improve from Windee is the signal of wifi to worth with the money that you pay per month.
- Staff was nice and helpful (especially Khun Krit Reception)

This hotel is generally clean, new, and well equipped.

A few complaints:

1) The septic gasses come up the drain in the bathroom and make it stink quite badly. This is quite common in Thailand as they have not figured out that they need to install plumbing vents to vent the gasses outside. Opening the window and keeping the toilet room door closed helps, but makes the odour worse when a toilet visit is required.

2) This is obviously a family-run business, which I can appreciate. However, when the entire family hangs out in the common areas all day and night, it becomes bothersome. It makes me feel like I'm intruding. Their kitchen is right beside the reception. While it is nice to be able to use the kitchen myself, again it feels uncomfortable when the entire family is hanging out all the time. They need their own kitchen in a staff-only area.

Be warned that the hotel is on a busy street, so ask for a room towards the rear of the building.

I've been here for one night and the place is very good and clean, 2km from Tesco. Provided with a kitchen and cooking tools. Very recommended.
The hotel is near to two of the main temples Wat Phra Tong and Wat Phra Nang Sang.
You can easily reach the waterfalls by renting a taxi or a motorbike.
