My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. The hotel was very clean, great staff and excellent location. Our room looked like it was brand new. We stayed in the #7 building with a great ocean view. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. Will return, especially for the location and price.

We arrived at flamingo beach resort on January 9. To stay for 7 nights... st.marteen island.. our room wasn’t clean ones! And they having construction whole time on the beach and pool. They sold rooms before they finish construction. Thankfully people from near beach Simpson bay resort let me and my bf envoy their beach for entire 7 days. So I had complain to supervisor.. I asked to waive resort fee since we can’t use beach, pool, hot tub, gym ... manager refused. So I don’t recommend that resort!!!! Unprofessional and rude!

We have been waiting for three years for this resort to reopen after Hurricane Irma in 2017. So glad they finally reopened, even if construction is still ongoing at the resort. All units have been renovated beautifully. The resort employees were all very efficient and friendly. Looking forward to coming back again soon! We are Diamond owners and love this resort.

Brilliant holiday, and brilliant hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Very relaxing atmosphere, no silly do’s and do nots. Good clean, and spacious room, great choice of well cooked, and quality food and drink, and all staff willing to do all they could to make our holiday as good as it was. Would recommend!

Just come back from a fantastic weeks holiday at the flamingo beach could not fault a thing meals rooms staff all first class check in was so quick met some really nice people all the pools were good just booked to go back in August can't wait x
