After all the pasta we consumed during our holidays in Italy the healthy and light veggie dishes were more than welcome. We had a carrot soup with thymo and cheese followed by falafel with mint and chick peas and vegetable quiche. My son loved the apple/ginger fruit juice. All homemade, simple, healthy and fresh.
