The Golf Hotel as it is called, is the only hotel that I saw in town and I was there a week. There is nothing particularly beautiful or fashionable about the property. It does sit on a lake only a meter or tow about the water level. This makes for a nice view from the dining room.
Rooms are normal size for Europe, don't expect extra space. Bed was comfortable. Internet was provided and was reliable. Breakfast included scrambled eggs which tended to be cooked more than I care for, but certainly not completely dried out. Generally aa good selection. Lunches were plated or buffet and were typical Danish foods.
The town is mostly within walking distance depending on the weather.
Best thing about the property was the staff. They helped all of us non-Danish speaking guests with all those little details from train reservations to dinner plans. They even helped when we got all confused with the Danish keyboard on the lobby computers.More
