Based on previous trip advisor reviews we took a chance and drove to this albergo for lunch. It is situated near Comano Terme in the town of Fiave. The parking was easy on the side of the Bar Al Sole, and the restaurant is on the opposite end of the building. The few tables outside have a beautiful view of the mountains.
The food and service were great! The selection of Primi and Secondi are varied and very tasty, with good portions if you are hungry. We chose the venison stuffed ravioli with parmesan shavings. It was outstanding as were the spinach gnocci, walnut and fine meat ( bacon?) shavings . The Secondi consisted of a very tender Angus beef on a bed of arugula and the other dish of venison chops with fresh pollenta and caramelized onions.
Nice local wine list. The service was attentive and friendly.
Great value for the money.
Wonderful overall experience.
