Comfortable, quiet rooms opening onto charming Andalusian courtyards. The staff were very friendly. The location is a very short walk from the main square. Very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay here enormously and would definitely stay here again given the chance.

The property is very atmospheric, with tiled floors, and two beautiful patios (one covered, one open). Our room also had a nice tiled floor, and a small balcony facing the street. The staff were very friendly and took great care of the property. Our room was spotlessly clean, even under the bed (I know because I had to crawl under it to retrieve an earplug :-).

Because our room faced the street, we heard a bit of traffic noise (the street is cobbled) when sleeping with the window open. We could have used the airco instead, but that was also a bit noisy.

On the whole, great place for the price. We would come back.

i spent a week here during the annual Feria del Caballo. Formerly an old Jerez palace-home, the place has seen better days and needs a major renovation. It has postage stamp-size rooms, with equally small shower bathrooms. I had to ask for fresh sheets, a mattress cover and new bedspread after my first night. The small staff is friendly and accommodating, and serves a nice continental breakfast in the open-air interior terrace or dining hall. Jerez has many more hotels to choose from; this should an option of last resort.

It was a very nice stay. When we got there everything looked clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is just amazing, barely one minute walking to the very center of the city, all surrounded by tapas bars, flamenco dance shows, food market and so on.
The Andalusian patio makes it look really cozy and charming. It's a very good deal given the low price.

Very small rooms, air condition not working (at least in room no. 06). Room no.03 bigger (more beds) but smelly. Thin walls, some just wooden planks. Almost no noise barrier. Regarding the rooms on the ground floor the pictures to be seen on the internet are giving the totally wrong impression. We have not seen any of the rooms on the first floor.
Friendly staff. Breakfast is "spanish". Maybe you get that for less than the 4€ they charge you in the hotel in the cafes nearby. We didn't check that.
Overall even though it's cheap a not recommendable stay. Sorry to say that.
