We were due to visit this hotel in October but encountered a problem beyond the control of the hotel. I wanted to let people know that the service we have received regarding our reservation has been absolutely outstanding. Thank you to Ricardo for being so kind and sorting it so quickly.
We have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and love it. Great pool area for relaxing and swimming. Very quiet you may even get the pool to yourself. Towels provided and area very clean and well kept. We find if you want a pool you usually have to stay a long way out of town but this is an exception max 15 mins walk to centre. Lots of restaurants and bars just by the hotel as well. Free parking. Jerez is a lovely city. Lots to do historical buildings including an alcazar and cathedral, loads of restaurants and shops. 4 nights was not enough.

Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, and the hotel is generally in good condition. Nice outdoor pool area if the weather is good. Indoor pool is in the basement so it is all a bit dark. Bedrooms are small and all the same size it would seem. Bathroom good and so is the shower. Bed linen good and beds comfortable. Car park is free for guests. 30 minute walk to town or €5.00 taxi ride. Jerez does not have much to offer. A one night, one and a half day stay would have been enough instead of the two nights we booked.

We stayed here for two nights. It is a nice modern hotel in a quiet location, not too far from he city center. The rooms are quiet with a nice balcony. The reception was friendly and efficient - we had wasps on our balcony and they quickly provided another room. The room was spotless and quiet - but the air conditioning, even adjusted to 'high', did not do its job during the night and it was quiet hot in the room. The breakfast was delicious in a large well-lit room. Free parking for guests which is a plus - we left our car in the parking lot and took a cheap taxi ride to the city. The only downside was that the outdoor pool closed at 6:30 pm when it was still hot and sunny outside and it would have been nice to take a swim after a long day sightseeing. Strange pool hours.

Shower is fantastic with additional water jets at hip height. Really comfortable beds. Incredible breakfast with extensive choice of cereals, cut meats and cheeses plus omelet, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc cooked to order. Good sized open air pool and small indoor pool. We had the buffet dinner when we arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. Air conditioning in our room broke down and was rapidly fixed.
Located a flat, 10 minute walk from the old town, with good restaurants in the vicinity. Evening meal here typically after 8 pm.
