Just had 2 nights in this hotel. The welcome was superb and organising taxis and recommending some very good restaurant's was faultless. We stayed in room 401 which was great value for money, a hugh balcony, seperate lounge, large bed and bedroom area, extremely clean and well laid out.
The breakfast included was substantial and a good variety laid out.
The hotel was well located.
Wasn't interested in the pool although small there was one there.
Overall a great experience will definitely be returning.

Good hotel great rooms, good light breakfast offered if you don't want a large full house. Covered parking available for a reasonable price. Good location for us as we like walking took about 10 minutes into the city, also to the equestrian centre a must if you like horses

The official photographs of this hotel show a seemingly luxurious and fairly secluded swimming pool.
The truth is very different. The pool is at best small and is located practically in the car park- see my photo.
The hotel has potential but the management need to sort out some basics.
The air conditioning in the bedroom is terrible. It wasn’t particularly hot when we visited and it was cooler outside. The man came to have a look but to no effect.
It was nice to have a trendy coffee machine in the room. But the cups do not fit under the jet so a huge mess ensued.
We had electrically operated beds (why?). One worked. The other didn’t.
The pictures in the room were very dark and miserable. The place could do with being modernised into something more light and bright.

The receptionist was very polite and the hotel was clean. We really liked Jerez.
The misleading photographs were really very annoying and did not get us off to the best start.

Looked very promising on their website. But the reality... Old, tired rooms. The pictures of the pool area are renderings (photoshop). Not too impressed by a hotel who lies... The spa was closed (in peak season). The bar was empty and unmanned. Friendly and efficient staff though.
