Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The staff were friendly and suggested some delicious seafood platters to start and for mains we had a very nice seafood risotto... all while watching beautiful a beautiful sunset over the water. After we went to have a cocktail in the 'beach' bar which was amazing. Dario made us a delicious concoction of elderflower, with flakes of cold and pepper on top.

Duino is close to Trieste. We did not want to stay in Trieste. This is a holiday spot. Few people know of it. A really small town. Yet it has this little gem. Un-pretencious. Dont expect big things. The attraction? Its location, views, friendliness, restaurant, bar, sea and so very cheap.

Room tip: Sea view. Not many options.

Our friends had their wedding breakfast here and it was fantastic. It was seven courses and the wedding cake was absolutely delicious (seven veils), the staff were extremely good we weren't hurried or made to feel we had to leave.

Room tip: Sorry never stayed here, we had a wedding breakfast here.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always find it a pleasure to come back. Located on the water at Porto Duino, the rooms are clean, comfortable and the service is wonderful.

The restaurant is well known by locals and is top rated!

Breakfast is included with the room and is served in the dining room or on the patio (weather permitting). It consists of freshly baked rolls and butter, jams, coffee, juice.

You will not be disappointed when you stay at this beautiful location.

WiFi is included and is relatively fast by local standards.

Be sure to visit the beautiful ancient castle "la Castillo la dama Bianca" on the hill just above the hotel during your stay.

Room tip: All rooms overlook the water and enjoy a small balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine!
