We apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not live up to your expectations. We are currently in the process of a full renovation to update and enhance our facilities, which we hope will address your concerns regarding the need for renewal. Furthermore, we sincerely regret that the cleaning of your room, particularly the cups, was not consistently to our usual standard.
