The worst hotel to stay.

We were three members in a room as in Europe rooms are available for that . As soon as we reached hotel there were no amenities for three people by housekeeping and the third bed was broken. Even after asking at reception no help was forthcoming and the same thing was repeated the next day also.

The reception staff during night shift was quite disrespectful and rude and were not ready to help Indians out at all as the same thing happened with other Indian guests.

The overall stay was a nightmare as it was the only place in our Europe tour where this non professional attitude was shown.

The location is excellent but with private car (not too far to motorway) or public transport (tram station with line to airport and city centre just in front of hotel). Many restaurants in area.
The rooms need desperately renewal, which is presently on-going; I hope it will be completed next time.
The staff was very helpful and kind when needed. Cleaning (cups for tea/coffee not cleaned on several occasion) of my room was not always satisfactory. A a complaint for improvement was done with reception.

It is great to hear that our easily accessible location contributed positively to your stay, with its connection to both the motorway and public transport options like the tram station right in front of our hotel, offering direct access to the airport and city centre.

We apologize for the aspects of your stay that did not live up to your expectations. We are currently in the process of a full renovation to update and enhance our facilities, which we hope will address your concerns regarding the need for renewal. Furthermore, we sincerely regret that the cleaning of your room, particularly the cups, was not consistently to our usual standard. One of my worst stays.

- bad value for money (Almost $300 per night for a room which was worse than a basic bed and breakfast)
- poorly laid linen
- no toiletries
- no service! (Even they try to find excuse for not keeping your left luggage for few hours)
- extremely rude staff
- no airport shuttle
- construction work going on and the lift feels like a coffin!
- when I have feedback - no intent to hear to listen.

Will never stay in a Novotel. It looks they simply license their brand to anyone and have no quality control.

Room tip: No service. Consider it a poor quality bed and breakfast at most.

i stayed here overnight for morning flight i had booked this hotel because some web sites showed free airport shuttle at reception i was told that no free service book a taxi for 30 chf rooms condition is horrible most stony pillows we both could not get any sleep had very terrible time only good thing is tram station is next to hotel

The house keeping has not arranged the room on 31st July when I complained reception informed may be they forget and and they are off. But when I came out still they were working and when I asked for duty manager reception informed he is off at 5:30. The hotel is under reservation and still sell rooms are been sold in same floor. Do not book this hotel.

Hotel is poor; scuff marks on the walls, both in the rooms and corridors, stains on the carpets and a general air of disrepair and squalor.
Staff are rude and helpful. No charging point/ adpators for phone - charging machine in lobby.
Hotel under renovation so a building site. Loud. Location far from any tourist sites. Do not stay here.
