The house keeping has not arranged the room on 31st July when I complained reception informed may be they forget and and they are off. But when I came out still they were working and when I asked for duty manager reception informed he is off at 5:30. The hotel is under reservation and still sell rooms are been sold in same floor. Do not book this hotel.

Hotel is poor; scuff marks on the walls, both in the rooms and corridors, stains on the carpets and a general air of disrepair and squalor.
Staff are rude and helpful. No charging point/ adpators for phone - charging machine in lobby.
Hotel under renovation so a building site. Loud. Location far from any tourist sites. Do not stay here.

My experience here was horrible. The hotel rooms are dirty and covered in stains it was revolting. The tvs are old and the rooms are filthy. The reason we were put here was due to the rubbish airline Swiss airways DO NOT RECOMMEND. The bathrooms are dated and creepy. I was scared staying there. The only reason I am going it one star is because I can’t give it zero.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The carpet was dirty all over. The TV looked about 20 years old. There was no kettle in the room (though there was a nespresso machine). No skin conditioners in the room. The curtains were very old. Food was okay. Would strongly advise against.

I stayed for a night before flying out of Zürich.
Observed three problems and it certainly wasn't not giving us a good experience.
1. Hotel is in the middle of a construction, Elevators wrapped up in construction paper and construction work happening around windows, makes you feel you ended up in a dingy place and I wouldn't even spend 100 euro for this. Not good for families until they complete this work. Stay away!!!
2. Bathroom sink plug was out and I had to keep it in place, yuck!! This was the first time I have seen this, total inconsideration towards guests.
3. Sofa bed was a joke. I have seen decent sofa beds but this was the worst ever. Metal planks could be felt and you are guaranteed a backache (after sleeping on that) for free, a complimentary courtesy staying at this hotel. Either change the sofa bed or simply don't advertise that.
Please stay away from this hotel. There are other hotels next ZRH
