We are glad to hear that you found the room comfortable and the bed to your liking. Our hotel is indeed conveniently located near a tram stop, which makes it easy for our guests to access the airport and the city center.

However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of an on-site restaurant and room service during your stay. We do have a GourmetBar that serves a variety of dishes and is open from 6 pm on weekdays. As you mentioned, there are also several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel.
Regarding the airport shuttle, we do offer a shuttle service through an external partner called CHECK-IN ALLWAYS, which can be arranged for our guests' convenience.
Lastly, we appreciate your feedback on the air conditioning and the curtains, and we will take it into consideration as we strive to match all our guests' expectations.
