No room service, din even provide with the plates to room. Arrogant reception guys in the midnight when i got back to the room and asked for the plates to have my food in the room. And the said clearly we hav no room service at all. Terrible experience

The location of the hotel was perfect. Transport was easily accessible. Close to a nice Chinese restaurant with great food. Rooms were clean and neat, no mosquitoes. Breakfast was not too great, limited choice of food. The staff very helpful and friendly.

My partners flight had been cancelled to which the airline had arranged accommodation for him for an overnight stay to help cover any loss. Upon arriving at the hotel he was advised they had no rooms available & declared a “payment be made” for a room to be given. He had produced to them his invoice & confirmation of booking produced by the airline but was still denied any access. He was greeted by a gentleman working the night 17th Sep. He had to sleep on the hotel floor because the hotel refused to provide any rooms. He had asked for a glass of water due to the amount of travelling he had done & being so lethargic but was told instead to divert to & drink “toilet water” because their policy states they cannot offer any drinks as a hotel and that toilet water is drinkable. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled by the way he has been treated. We have never had such an experience with a hotel ever and I would never recommend such a place to anyone.
We stayed at Novotel for one night. The hotel is in a perfect location between the city and the airport with easy access to both. Staff members are friendly and helpful. And there is where the positives end.
The carpets in the corridors are dirty. The beds are uncomfortable. The shower area shows could do with a deep clean. The tv had a very bad signal and was very small. The bar and restaurant were closed. We also booked breakfast. By hot breakfast we didn’t expect rice, curry and roasted new potatoes, we had hoped for bacon, sausages and eggs.
This hotel can do with a refurbish. In the current state you don’t get value for your money.
Stayed one night after an evening flight, arrived by rental car so no info on shuttle. Rooms are ok, average size, clean. Design outdated, especially public areas. Parking expensive - 12 hours cost 20chs. Good wifi. Very nice breakfast though a bit expensive at 29chs per person. Good option for airport hotels, but will probably not return otherwise.
