Nice new bathroom but stained shower cubicle and strong smell of sewage! Carpet from the late 70s and badly stained aircon and heater controls don’t work, confirmed by staff with a shrug. Place appears empty, not bad value and good location. You have to drive through a supermarket car park to access which

The hotel just reopened on the 26th of June and all the rooms were well cleaned.
Be sure that every room is clean but the hotel needs to be renovated as we talk together.

Very poor management. Bad smelling bathroom. No control on radiator so room unbearable. Swimming pool dangerous as unsupervised. Children wee in pool. Staff no local knowledge. Do not like Expedia customers. Ladies toilet condemned in pool area.

I am sorry that despite our many discussions during your stay, you still disappointed.
The Suite-Home is a 3* hotel, family hotel during the holidays, and the parents are in charge of their children at the swimming-pool and I'm so sorry that I had to close it for one evening only. I hope you appreciated to be alone at the swimming-pool the next morning, opened one hour before specially for you.
Our hotel is constantly being renovated and a lot of work will be done this year.

great location near city centre, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. unfortunately not usable pool.but the sauna instead is clean and functional. great for short and long stays.

We spent a week as a family at this hotel for a skiing trip in France. We were very disappointed overall with the presentation of the rooms and the hotel in general. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos. The décor is different, some photos show a kettle in the room (which does not exist), the rooms are much tinier than they show and the beds are old and soft.
The hotel also has a very strange odour about it. They try to cover it up with this awful air freshener. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, two of the three rooms which we booked smelled of strong smoke.
The hotel staff are the only good part of this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind to the guests. They did their best to make our stay as nice as possible.
The rooms are very small. Hardly enough space to keep your luggage and walk around the bed. Especially if you have skiing equipment.
The bathrooms are also very small, and the shower pressure was very soft. The bath towels were so tiny - they are the size of a large hand towel. Definitely not what i would expect.
Breakfast was very average. Fine if you are happy eating pastries, toast and jam, but if you want anything substantial before a day of skiing, you will need to look elsewhere.
We would not return to this hotel.

Regarding your ski business, we have a ski room where to install during your stay, our towels are standard and we still have a consistent choice to serve breakfast (sausage, scrambled egg, ham, rosette, yoghurt , compote, fresh fruit, pancakes, chocolate bread, croissant, baguette, fruit juice, hot drink ....)
