We spent a night there on our way to Italy. The location is good (city center) but the parking is not free and limited number of spots. You have to walk for a free spot or pay for a public parking (to be considered in your night costs). We used the restaurant (more an cantine than a restaurant), for diner and breakfast with buffet service on both. you book more for quantity than quality (30€ per head for diner is a bit high).
So good place in family for ski but not for tourism if you look for something more nice.

Food was rubbish, 5 people in our party where sick in the week, plates and glasses always dirty.

Staff where very rude and not helpful, however 2 young lady’s, one with ginger hair and one with long blonde hair where very helpful.

Walls where paper thin so you could hear everything, boot room kept on each floor which isn’t helpful when it comes to noise.

Overall I would never stay here again purely because the staff where so poor and not to mention th ceiling in the canteen leaking all over the floor!

overall a great hotel. great location ie near a bus stop, walking distance into town and to the main lift to the mountain for the snow action. Food was good, dessert was excellent up to the usual French standard and all the staff were friendly and super efficient, service with a smile too. room was clean and wifi had good range throughout.

We loved our week in the Parc Hotel! On arrival we met Quentin who checked us in and let us store baggage in a locked store room. He was great at explaining the details of the hotel, food and facilities. In fact there wasn't a morning he didnt greet us at reception or an evening he wasn't working at the bar! He was great! (We tried to persuade him to come back to England!) - all the staff were really friendly and helpful! Many speak good English too which was a big bonus. Our room was always clean and a good temperature, would have been nice to maybe have an English channel that wasn't business related though. Great to have the mini fridge in the room too! Shower was lovely and the towel radiator dried out clothes really quick. Each floor had a ski locker with boot storage which meant no wet skis in the bath tub. Having never gone "all inclusive" at a ski hotel before we didn't know who breakfast/lunch would work, but we were very pleasantly surprised! There were loads of hot breakfast items and a salad/sandwich bar, as well as hot/cold drinks and pastries. They supplied you with everything you needed to make and take a pack lunch (bags, foil, condiments etc) and you just took what you wanted onto the slopes. The Hotel was a 5/10 min walk from the main gondola - but there was an outside lift that meant no stairs in ski boots! The bar and sofa rooms were clean and tidy, great places to hang out after dinner; with a coffee machine and snacks available too. We didn't use the pool or sauna - but thought the one thing this hotel was missing was a Jacuzzi which would have been the cherry on the cake. Dinner was a different cultural menu each evening, there was always a good selection of hot and cold meals, as well as desserts - the little chocolate pots were a winner for us! For extra snacking there was a convince store about 2 minutes walk from the front of the hotel which we visited for essentials. We would certainly come back here again, the staff couldn't do enough to help (especially Quentin - he deserves an extra pat on the back for dedication!) and the food was delicious!

Car parking was reserved in advance at the time of booking but upon arrival nothing was available. The check-in staff were unhelpful and completely disinterested, and simply left me to my own at 8pm at night to try and find an alternative.

Dear Bnd0301,

we are sorry that you had a bad impression of our hotel.
Any of the websites propose to book a parking in advance : it's always written to contact the hotel or our reservation central to be sure to have a place.
We always propose you alternatives solutions like the underground parking, or simply like the oustide one juste next to our hotel. You also have other ones a bit further, for free.

We hope that except of this issu, you will keep a fine remember of our hotel.

Best regards,

C. Christou

This place is good for a bed, period. Just hope it's not a hot night as you will not sleep. In town so on top of the heat a lot of road noise with the windows open. Breakfast is mediocre, coffee the same and get their early for the sandwich bar or the good stuff is gone.

Dear Anywho,

we thank you for your post on TripAdvisor.

In our mountains, temperatures are usually not as high as this summer, which explains that we have no aircon in the rooms.

We hope to see you next time in our hotel, in a colder period to enjoy more your holidays.

Best regards,

Cyrielle C.
