I was there once, at night so I didn't see much but there was a cafe where we sat and ate....it was winter and the park was freezing! If you are going there in winter nights, keep yourself warm.

This park is one of tourists' favourites in Mashhad and upon my visit I realised why.
It's massive, clean and well-cared of. There are pavements for you to walk on, seats scattered all over the park for everyone's convenience, and a few refreshments stalls. I was with my grandpa so we were mainly there to walk and talk, but we saw couples, families, and even young people in groups - so as you can see the park is suitable for everyone. Whether you want to relax, walk, or spend an afternoon with your loved ones this is the place. I know parents would appreciate knowing that there is a play ground at the far end of the park for free (and there were lots of kids actually on the day of my visit). There was this hill or mountain (to me I would suggest it's a mountain) that lots of people (even families with kids) were hiking. So there's something for you adventurous people! Though I would suggest that you be careful as it seemed dangerous to me to be honest.
Overall, I had a satisfying calm experience. I enjoyed the greenery and I would definitely recommend this park, which is about 15 minutes away from the Holy Shrine area, to everyone.

It's actually a big rock that or a small hill, that used as a park.
The place has things like a special and small train, that is going around this hill and you should pedal to move it. It's kinda fun.
You can also get food and snacks to eat nearby.
There maybe other things added lately that I do not know about.
