Octopus Villa 2 won't disappoint on so many levels.
4 of us stayed here and had a fantastic time. The view across Admiralty Bay is faultless and beautiful for both Villas and is certainly the best thing about this Villa. The Octopus team are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is great if you want to be near both activities and also be quiet. The town is a 15 minute walk to purchase provisions. The beaches are a 10 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ is great for cooking in the evening. The pool is fantastic for a cool down.
WE WILL BE BACK!

“We Will Return”

We rented Villa Two, a two bedroom, one bathroom unit adjacent to Villa One, for two weeks. This Villa now has it's own pool. The large lounge opens out fully onto the terrace through French doors & the stunning view of Admiralty Bay, shaded & cool in the morning to enjoy breakfast, in full sun in the evening for the magical sunset, best seen from the pool with a G&T (Fresh limes picked from the tree in the garden). The Villa is very tastefully furnished, the kitchen fully equipped & the master bedroom very romantic with a large circular bed surrounded by net drapes, under a cooling fan & with a/c, which after 40 years of marriage, was perfect for a good nights sleep!!

We didn't need to rent a car, the Bequia taxis are cheap & reliable, Gideon was our favourite, we found the walk to Port Elizabeth easy being downhill, need a torch at night to alert any traffic to ones presence, but always took a taxi back, usually 15-20EC$.

The Villa is quietly situated away from the main Belmont Road, but feels quite secure having Villa One adjacent & sharing the same access. Bequia has a wide variety of places to eat & drink, we ate out every day & didn't have one experience.

This was our first stay in Bequia, God willing, we will return to Octopus.

“The perfect location...”

We have been coming to Bequia for 19 years and this is the best villa we have stayed at. The location is perfect for walking into the main shopping area, which if you use the Belmont walkway takes 15 minutes or to Princess Margaret Beach, which is a 20 minute walk - and is the best beach on the island. The nearest convenience store is a 7 minute walk up the hill to Sugar Hill. This has a great local restaurant attached to it, which in our view served up the best lobster and steak on the island. To watch the sun set over the sea from the infinity pool at 6pm was magical. The villa was well equipt but we tried all the local restaurants (of which there are more than you can cover in two weeks!) Octopus is well worth saving up to visit - this jewel of an island!

“The perfect villa in Bequia”

I was looking for a villa near enough to the harbor in Bequia to be able to go out for drinks and dinners and parties, as well as a villa with a pool and plenty of outdoor space to relax. And this villa had all the things I was looking for. The pool and pool area were perfect for chilling out in the daytime and in the evening with amazing views.

I used the BBQ often and was pleased that there was TV in the villa with lots of channels to choose from and internet access to keep in touch with the real world (although I didn’t do this very often!) The villa was well kitted out with everything I needed to make some meals for myself, as well as all the bedrooms and the bathrooms having loads of bedding and towels for me to use.

It was an easy walk down to the beach and to the Harbor area, and the walk back up a small hill was a good little workout after a day of doing nothing in the sun!

I will definitely be coming back!

“One of the best views over this very special little island !”

The house works very well indeed . 5 of us stayed for 9 days ,we ate in or barbecued or went down to town which was a 7 minute drive away .

Our days normally consisted of Breakfast on the lawn preceded by a swim in the infinity pool then an , easy trip to Lower Bay for swimming or maybe Princess Margaret bay both with fab lunch options and then a Sundowner back at the house watching the activity in Port Elizabeth . In the evening it was easy to produce food from the well sorted kitchen or else the Barbecue with its own adjacent Beer Fridge !

As a group of friends we have rented a lot of houses in the Caribbean and we are all agreed the Octopus is one of the best !
