Highly recommended! My partner and I took a train, walked to Wat Bang Na Nok pier and took a boat over for 4baht each
( there are a couple of other piers you can take I believe but this worked well for us).
After crossing we hired bikes for 50baht each for the whole day. Don't go with the first bike rental place you see when you arrive, instead turn right, go around the corner and about 20metres ahead on your left is a another place to rent from. This guy was fantastic to deal with, we wished we had tipped him!
He gives you a map, two water bottles before you ride. On your return he gives you a packet of face/hand wipes and a coconut to drink from. Very refreshing after a long ride!

Best park in Bangkok we visited!

We went to Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park by taking a taxi to Wat Klong Toey Nok which is on Sunthon Kosa Road. You can walk through the Wat or along its side to a pier where there is a very small ferry to Soi Wat Ran Sang in Bang Krachao which costs 10 Baht. There were people there who were going as a group with bikes and they hired a bigger boat to take them across the river.

My partner can not ride a bike so we walked from the pier to the park which is about 10 minutes. The park is free and is like jungle with paths through it. There were other people there mostly on bikes which can be rented for 100 Baht near the boat pier and near the entrance to the park.

The park is well laid out with some lakes and some information in Thai and English.

Once we had walked around the park which took about 75-90 minutes we walked to Bang Krachao pier which took another hour. From there we caught a ferry which carries passengers, bikes and motorbikes across to Bang Na Pier. From there we took a taxi back to the BTS at Bang Na. There are a small number of simple restaurants on the way where you can but food and drinks.

In the park and in Bang Krachao you feel miles away from Bangkok.

the area is big , most people come in group setting - families , The enviorment is nice overall . It is the best place for biking - there is a special road for biker and 90% of people came here for picnic and biking :) There is street food in the entry area but not enough for full meal - only for small bite
