I have stayed in the hotel maybe 10 times now with work. Rooms and the hotel have seen really good renovations in the last 6 months. Very warm welcome at reception every time and really consistent. Well done. Special shout out to Erin, Amy and Terri for making the Hotel a home from home👏

Excellent service and spotless rooms. The beds were very comfortable, showers good. We travelled in a big group of 32 Choir Members and all the staff were very helpful. The food was superb as we had breakfasts and an evening meal. The cooked breakfast made to order. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable.

Reece poured us a couple of Guinness, bit of banter and got us sorted with sambucca and rum to finish off the evening which was excellent, great barman and good craic. Great place to visit in the middle of the week for a wee drink and food.........

I had came in for a couple of drinks on Tuesday and this young friendly man Jack was a great bartender who created a good atmosphere and had great customer service this was the best crack I’ve had in a while in one of our local bars/ restaurants in Coleraine and I just thought I’d leave a review and mention that jack is a great addition to your staff 💯💯
