Called in here with family one evening during the NW week. We enjoyed sitting in the back bar where the pool tables are as we had a little two year old with us and there is plenty of space. He sat happily in his buggy watching the motorbike racing on the TV screen. The staff were excellent, really brilliant. We had a drink and then a meal. We enjoyed the food except for my husband who ordered the pork belly. I think he just made the wrong choice from the menu. The Kiddies meal looked lovely. We were staying in the caravan park nearby and we walked to the Inn on the Coast and back again. This bar/restaurant is really handy to the caravan park. There is a good atmosphere and the place is lovely and clean,

We checked in to this hotel and was greeted by lovely reception staff who could not do enough for us. Room was lovely and spacious, although a bit dated you could tell there was an on going programme to refurbish.
Bar staff really friendly as was the restaurant staff. Totally professional and welcoming. We have stayed in more pristine hotels where the staff were cold and unfriendly. Give me this hotel anytime.

Stayed at the Inn for a couple of nights, my first time. I’m not one of the doggy brigade but the Inn caters for both with separate areas. People who travel with their pooches are able to stay with them 24/7, others like me can enjoy the restaurant and main bar area doggy free.

The traditional pub in the Inn is really good and a great place to relax, enjoy a drink or play a game of pool. Cocktails were tasty!

Staff friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Food was adequate enough but certainly not great, bought in frozen onion rings reheated and at lunchtime on one occasion only food available was frozen pizzas!? Couldn’t even have a sandwich, very poor.

Breakfast however was superb and staff attentive, enjoyed a coffee each morning followed by a delicious cooked breakfast!

The location is great with a nice coastal walk into Portrush for those feeling a little energetic. Portrush does suffer from parking problems so it was great to have easy parking at the hotel. Situated between Portrush and Portstewart there is easy access to both by car.

Yes I would like to go back again sometime, enjoyed staying at the Inn on the Coast.

There is a dog friendly room set aside at the back of the bar which is why we ended up here. They have somewhat unusual opening hours so you may want to check when they are open. Service was friendly but the room at the back was cold and the food was just disappointing. We had the nachos and the chicken goujons, the nachos were ok but nothing wow about them but the chicken was really poor firstly in terms of price £11.50 for 6 goujons no side. We had to order chips in addition, it was a meagre portion for the price. They were tasteless too.

The food was very good but the service stole the show. The server was prompt, attentive and extremely kind. The prices were a little on the higher side but not crazy.
