Myself and my partner went here for our One Year anniversary meal. I really loved it and would struggle to find any faults in this restaurant.

We prebooked our table for the night as we know it can become very busy during peak times. We arrived about ten minutes before our booking and we were brought straight to our table by a very smiley waitress.

We were then brought our menu and given enough time to choose our meals. They were running a deal that got you three courses for the price of your main at the time, so we opted for this option as it would be great value for money.

For starters I ordered Garlic bread and my partner ordered a chicken dish, both were lovey and obviously freshly done. Our mains were also delicious and you could tell they were made to order.

We had no issues with the resturatn and have since returned to it again as we enjoyed it so much!

This is the perfect place for a romantic date! However if you wanted a family meal, this would also be a wonderful option.

Five of our family enjoyed a lovely meal on a Sunday evening. Book early to ensure you get a table of your choice or one at all! You pay for the main course and have the starter and sweet included. It is also possible to replace a starter/sweet wth a drink. One main meal - fish and chips - was undercooked with soggy batter, but was rectified quickly. It is always busy here; a good value meal above the norm in so many ways.

We started upstairs in the main dinning room, were told the wait was 45 minutes but that the cafe downstairs would have a table much quicker, so we walked down only to find out that the wait there was nearly as long. Back upstairs we went, and after a 40 minute wait were shown to our table. Not a good start, but from there our night got better. Our salads and mains all tasted good, were properly cooked and a decent value for the price. We had hoped to get some banoffee pie, as we were told that it was a specialty of the area, but it was not available despite it being on the dessert list. Our alternate choices were good, but by that time we were ready to get back to our room having driven all day.

This restaurant holds much promise, but there are better options in town, shorter waits with equal quality.

Just popped in for some coffees and waited several minutes while two servers seemed unsure of their roles.
Making coffees is not a difficult task, working together in a team is not difficult either.
More training needed.

We had heard good things about this place and it is in a lovely spot, so we were excited to bag a table overlooking the sea. We had a long wait before the food arrived and there is an air of chaos about the place, but we were famished so couldn't wait to tuck in. My chicken burger was a travesty, unfortunately. There was a grey piece of meat, masquerading as "chicken" which was worse then tasteless. It was supposed to be cajun but it hadn't even made acquaintance with salt and pepper, never mind cajun seasoning. My son's tower burger had this weird chicken thing in it too and he was baffled by the whole thing. Our chips were lovely and the kid's meal was fine, so credit where it's due, but my Dad's steak was tiny. I think the problem is this place is basically serving the same food as its sister cafe down the road, but they serve at half the price. You are basically paying for the location here as the food is pretty poor. My mum also got the wrong order but we just decided to eat up and get out. Bit of a disappointment but was very busy, so why should they change?
