Description: The French Rooms is situated in the heart of the Bushmills, home to the world's oldest licensed distillery and the Gateway to the Giant's Causeway - a World Heritage site. Our vision is for a warm, welcoming and informal setting, a place to meet up with friends, drop in for a morning cup of coffee with a 'treat', browse through our shop or savour the flavours of our elegantly prepared dishes. There's lots to explore, firstly the shop with its eclectic range of French inspired gifts then the Cafe with its 'snugs' and zinc topped tables and bar counter. The "Moulin Rouge" is ideal for a semi private party of up to 10 persons or try the Garden Room which leads to the garden terrace which, in good weather, is a sun trap. On colder days the Garden Room fire is the perfect spot for relaxing with a newspaper and a snack.

The food was delicious, excellent selection and fantastic wine list. Have the bruschetta, the bread selection and the guinea fowl if you come. Without a doubt the most delicious thing we had were the potato bites, get them! Service was also very good if a little bit slow.

I would definitely recommend going to the French rooms for breakfast. The croque Madame is marvellous!
It also has beautiful interior decor and a shop to look at before you leave.

We had a gorgeous lunch yesterday. Lovely spicy prawns and hummus. Wine is very reasonably priced and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.
We were served by Billy who was a trainee and couldn’t have been more helpful.
It’s a hidden gem on the North Coast.

Had booked for breatfast for 9 people, 2 tables as could not do at 1 table. One table got food and the other table had to wait another 20 minutes . Was told the food had been over looked. Would have been nice to been told this sooner and not before we got served. Two of the french toast croissants were just warmed not made into french toast at all. Very expensive for what we got . Would go else where.
