A perfect location in a quiet upmarket development in Skipton. 4 minute walk from excellent local shops and no through traffic ( only surrounding residents). Parking opposite front door. Facilities first class with every need catered for . As much thought has gone into the planning as would be given for a private home. Many original features have been retained alongside a modern, well fitted Kitchen, and Bathroom which is fully tiled with an immaculate suite. Very comfortable with good furniture and quality soft furnishings. All this and a welcoming atmosphere - who could ask for more?
A lovely homely, comfortable, cottage, in a quiet street, with unlimited parking right outside the door. The lounge sofa's were very comfortable which is always very important to me as I have back problems. The stairs are steep and we had to come down backwards for safety. It is an easy 8--10 min walk into Skipton to explore, so no need to take the car. The cottage has a safe, enclosed, yard so we could let our dog roam. Our only negative is there wasn't enough mugs in the house. Also, I found the kitchen was not as clean as I would like, but I am fussy. Skipton is a fantastic town to stay and explore the Dales.

We stayed for half term week, and had a fabulous week there. The cottage is clean and well equipped, everything that you would need for a week away.
The cottage is well located - within easy walk of a supermarket and also skipton town centre. There is a really good market in skipton three times a week. Skipton also has several excellent public houses.
