I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my business trip this summer. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was also there in 2020, the restaurant is still very good and the rooms have been renovated since which made it even nicer. I truly recommend this place.

I visited Quality Suites Bordeaux Merignac in May 2021 for a family trip.
We were warmly welcomed and given all the explanations regarding the hotel facilities and rooms.
The reception staff was well prepared, with friendly approach: they made us feel home.
The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID restrictions, but the staff gave us plenty of support for ordering food from some outside restaurants.
The hotel has a large free parking, a nice bar and a very good selection of wines.
The room was spacious, cleaning was well done and it was a pleasure to sleep in a bed equipped with a new excellent mattress. We used the kitchenette to cook and we found it well equipped with all sort of cutlery and cooking tools.
I'm overall very satisfied and I would like to thank the staff for making so enjoyable our stay, we will definitely return.

This hotel should be bulldozed and rebuilt. It’s the worst hotel Ive stayed in in Europe in 20 years of business travel. I dont even think it can be renovated its so old and dirty. The rooms are horrid with black mold growing in the shower area. No door on the shower stall either so all of the water just runs into the bathroom and makes a flood for you to stand in. Not 1 euro has been invested in this property in the last 10 years. The AC unit doesn’t work. The carpets are completely worn out and stained. The food and service is horrible. When the manager writes below and tells you I’m not correct and that his hotel is great dont believe him. Have a look at the picture of the shower these people expect humans to use.
The decor may look wooden but its not old or tacky. The carpets are lovely. The suite room i booked for 10 nights was large. Kitchenette stocked with dishes and cutlery. A medium sized fridge plus microwave plus electric cooker. All good. The bed was comfortable, pillows rubbish. Air conditioning was on a wall unit, quite strange for such a large hotel, but did the job. Showers powerful but bathroom designed in a way that you flood the floor. The screen by the over tub shower is too tiny for a powerful shower. Breakfast is typical french. Cold meats and cheeses. Also self service area can become crowded. Go early. I will recommend this hotel. I stayed here long enough to know that the pluses vastly over weighed the minuses.
This hotel has 2 stars as it was convenient for the airport but apart from that everything about the hotel was tired and dated.
I’m not sure if this was built in the 80’s or early 90’s but don’t think the rooms have been touched since. The decor is tired and the overall comfort is ok but not what I would expect from a 3 star never mind a 4 star hotel.
The facilities in the room were basic the shower one of the worst I have had in recent memories.
I looked at the breakfast options then chose to grab a sandwich on the plane which is saying a lot, for €15 I would have expected a little more choice.
I would consider most other options unless the convenience to the airport is the main consideration.
