These guys know what service is. A very pleasant receptionist, a perfectly quiet night sleep, after an excellent dinner. The next day after cruising the wine country the Spa was welcome and right on. The utmost pleasure was a deep tissue massage with essential oils, which was a great plus for us, as we travel for work this time and were jet lag. Perfect reconditioning with also with an amazingly diverse Breakfast, and Vegan friendly. I was ready to hit the streets of Bordeaux,

We used the hotel for a stopover traveling to Portugal. The hotel has a good location close to the freeway. The rooms are soundproof because we did not hear any noise from the road. The hotel is modern with clean rooms. Rooms are a bit small but we did not mind. Our room was on the first floor and to our surprise there was no lift. Parking is on the private carpark in front of the hotel. After hours you enter botj the carpark and the hotel via a code. We had an afternoon to spare and wanted to have lunch on a chateau. To our surprise the front desk had to use google to find a place (that turned out to be closed at the time). Rather strange for a hotel in the Bordeaux wine area.

Edouard, Stéphanie and the team went out of their way to make a group booking seamless and straightforward. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The rooms are quiet despite being near the "Rocade", and there is a very a pleasant atmosphere. Great value for money.
