“Quiet Relaxing and perfect for a short break”
Reviewed 27 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

In a quiet location, 10 minutes from a picturesque beach.
Easily access to tour round Fanad peninsula.
Cottage was comfortable and clean, with a peat burning fire with the option of oil heating as well, but more homely with peat fire lit.
Cottage had all the utensils and cooking pans you needed. Including the optional of a barbecue outside with a seating area.
Kathleen the owner meet us on arrival, and is very friendly and accomodating.
Would definitely stay again, and would recommend it for a quiet and peaceful break away.

“Tailor's Cottage stay”
Reviewed 29 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Had a lovely quiet few days at Tailor's Cottage. The Cottage was warm, cosy, clean and well equipped. Kathleen was there to welcome me and had a roaring peat fire on the go.
I had planned a complete getaway and Tailor's Cottage was ideal for this. Nothing to do but explore the local beaches and walk my dog.
I would be happy to return.

“A relaxing family holiday”

A perfect relaxing holiday from a bygone age. A picturesque landscape with stunning beaches. A traditional cottage with everything a family could need. The slow, laid back pace of life makes it the ideal place to relax and spend some quality time with the family. Travelling the length and breathe of Co. Donegal visiting its castles and country parks, golden beaches and the famous light house. The whole family really enjoyed the holiday.
