The room was spacious, modern and clean. The resort was sufficient. Not overly nice, but well maintained and very close to everything. The timeshare host was exceptionally accommodating, which your mileage may vary with. I was disappointed with the local Big Bear Snow Play. After standing in a long line and filling out a waiver, we found out that their tubes were so old and worn out, my kids couldn't even make it down the hill. There were a handful of new tubes, and people flew by on those. The ratio of old to new was about 10:1 and management was well aware of the problem but were still taking people's money. Really disappointing when it's the focal point of your trip and your kids get cheated by a greedy local business.
My friends and I had such a great time! There were enough beds for everyone and a fully stocked kitchen that even provided seasonings (most hotels with a kitchen doesn’t even offer salt and pepper, let alone a little spice rack). Everything is clean and comfortable!
