Firstly, communication before we arrived was excellent, Cesar kept in touch with us to inform us how to get into the property and to ask if there was anything we needed.
Found the property quite easily, famara is quite a small place, which we like.
The house has everything you need, including salt, pepper, etc, aswell as washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Rooftop terrace lovely for a cup of tea in the morning, or an afternoon beer! Real suntrap if you don't want to hit the beach.
The house is in a lovely location within walking distance of pretty much everything, the supermarket was literally on the next street, they serve fresh bread and rolls on a morning.
All in all this was perfect for the family break we needed, and the weather was unusually hot for this time of year! Thank you for the welcome pack!
Famara is a nice quiet village and perfect for you if you want to just relax, and hit the surf when you feel like it. Can be windy at times but it changes all the time. You will probably need to hire a car, and there are no cash points either so get your cash before you arrive.
We had no difficulty accessing Casa Caracola, communication with Cesar was effective. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket of groceries! The house was tastefully decorated with plenty of art, attention to detail and in a pristine state. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. I would recommend this house for a family or a group of friends. At the end of our stay we met Esther and Cesar, they were a charming couple.
