My wife and I with another couple stayed overnight here and were very pleased with the hotel, the owners and the staff. The rooms are very clean and well done. We had breakfast in the Morning that was outstanding. Plenty to eat and very good. I have a gluten intolerance and when I mentioned it to the owner that was working the front desk when we checked in she said no problem I will inform the kitchen staff to prepare a special rolls and breads.I was surprised how good it was. I went down to the dinning room in the morning before they opened to see if I could get a cup of coffee and a young lady gave me a full pot for the room. Now that is service. !! Also English is not a problem as everyone speaks it. This is an Exceptional place. Great view from the hotel of the castle.

rooms on small side but nicely done, bed comfortable, lovely room for breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. easy walking distance to town for dinner. very close to Neuschwanstein castle. would stay here again.

Exceptional!! Great value for money in that region. Stuff was very kind and helpful, asking us if we are satisfied and if we need help almost every morning (especially Uli). Breakfast is delicious with lot of regional produce that are natural and very tasty. They obviously don't spare with breakfast. Whole hotel is very clean and decorated with taste. We were in Exquisite Double Room and can fully recommend it. It's spacious with additional sofa and balcony.
