Very nice looking property
Room was big and quiet, very good A/C.
Bed was extremely high, was OK to sleep, terrible pillows, as everywhere in Yucatán.
They provide only 2 bottles of water.
Quite challenging shower
Food was relatively OK
A lot of helpful staff
I was there with the tour group, Hacienda located in the middle of nowhere
