I stayed at this hotel in early February and booked on-line with NH Hotels.com. I payed for my stay at the time of booking and received a confirmation email which I took with me when I stayed. The lady on the desk would not let me check out without paying her AGAIN for the stay in the hotel. I showed her the original booking email, but she said I still have to pay. I complained through NH Hotels Customer Service, sending scans of the Email booking and the hotel invoice, but they didn't do anything and I have now rung the hotel. The staff member I spoke to today (Thursday) said I should send the scans again and HER BOSS WOULD LOOK AT IT ON SATURDAY. She said the customer service department is not part of the hotel group and that is why nothing had been done. She seems unconcerned about the fact that I have been double charged and thinks it perfectly ok that I have waited a whole month for anything to be done.
I wait to see if the cretins will actually refund the additional money I have paidMore
