Just a short stroll (maybe 10 minutes) from our hotel, we found Cafe Planet and the most delicious coffee we've had in a long time. Occasionally you can also buy fresh samosas, also very tasty. A must visit, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning visits to this lovely little cafe.

We went here three times during our week's stay at Bedarra beach inn. The coffee is Melbourne standard and easily the best we had in Fiji (also had soy and almond milk so great for vegans). We also tried the vegan wrap which was delicious, but we kept coming back for the veggie samosa (made by a local lady who supplies to the cafe). Super tasty (and spicy!) curry filled fresh samosa with tamarind chutney on the side. We were served by Claire (apologies if wrong spelling!) who is such a sweet lady. The garden has a lovely vibe as well. Definitely worth visiting if in the area!

The coffee was amazing… loved the iced latte! Coffee is Sydney/Melbourne quality, which is hard to find in Fiji. The food was also really good - great cheaper options for brekkie (bacon and egg roll, eggs on toast) or lunch (pies and sambos). BONUS: you might meet a friend at your table too… See you next time! -Jack & Ben

Lovely little place in its own little strip of rainforest. Great atmosphere on the deck (they supply insect repellent and you do need it), and staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend the burgers, the wraps, and the smoothies. The Iced chai was lovely. But the best thing on the menu was the homemade samosas - which were simply the best we have ever eaten.
