Got there at 2.45pm but reception didn't open until 4pm so had to go for a wonder and coffee before coming back to check-in. Small 2* hotel on a side road about 200yds to the sea front and prom. Check- in was easy and the manager took us up to room 202 on the second floor after explaining about the late night front door lock and us buying breakfast at €7.90 each. No lift so had to leave the cases in the car and just bring in essentials. Parking very simple and free across from the hotel.
Room small and very basic but had a good balcony facing the front of the hotel. Bed and simple, small bedside tables and small TV on wall. Wife sat on balcony with sun and wine whilst I had a rest on the very low bed. Not really our sort of hotel a bit too basic but ok for the night. Resort had a great beach but was a bit basic with its fast food and odd clothing stores selling fake branded outfits. Only really has one busy street with all this on and no proper shops or quality restaurants. Ok for a browse but in 30mins you have seen it all.
Finally on hotel, no tea/coffee making facilities, no air con, no hairdryer, a sink that leaked water away and a broken shower head holder. Think they can do better.More
