Absolutely loved this overview of Pellizza's great work. Frankly, we were totally unaware of him before visiting Volpedo. Our friend translated key bits, but even without the entire thing in English we found it to be very powerful. Fascinating to learn about his decade-long process and passion to share the story of the workers at the turn of the century. The venue is a beautiful cantina with a state of the art multi-media presentation. Access is down two flights of stairs, but there is a chair lift for those who can't climb stairs. We had a private viewing, so I'm not sure about the hours. They are fairly limited and I think only on the weekends. Check ahead.
