A group of us stayed here for 2 nights and it surely more than enough. For the price you pay in Thailand, definitely not worth the money. 3 star resort at max. No one was able to comment positively about the resort.

- Room: We stayed at one of the villa rooms which was a little old (though acceptable). But there was no hot water at times.
- Food at the restaurant was extemely substandard. Never thought a mango smoothie or a milk tea could go wrong in Thailand, but it did. Breakfast was also poor, sausages taste like plastic. Service was inexistent.
- Natai is poorly managed and in my opinion could do alot better. Management really needs to think about what they're trying to do with this place.

I would not recommend this, unless you have no other choice. Or unless management substantially turns things around.

The staff at the front desk and concierge was not very welcoming, and didn’t give very helpful advice. They appeared rude and don’t understand our questions very well. We care with a big group of friends and that’s the general feedback from the crowd. Also transportation arranged by the hotel was unreasonably expensive. We ended up going to another hotel nearby and arrange full day transportation through that hotel.

Positive things: Friendly and helpful staff, Very clean room. Good location, straight on the empty beach.

Bad things to say: The rooms are old and shabby, smells very much mould.
At first we booked fisherman house which was nice, but the sofa looked so dirty that i didnt want to put even my bag there. The doors were broken and didnt locked properly that we got to change the room. The staff was nice and helpful and they solved the problem well. But the old air conditioners were noisy both room, so you can only dream about the peaceful sleep in this hotel.

Breakfast was not 5 stars. Vegetarians had nothing to eat, only tomato and cucumber (we are not rabbits). All food was with meat, egg or cheese. No tofu or anything else plantbased. Are we living in 21. century or not? Only fresh juice machine was a great supprise. And lots of russian turists who all stealed the food from morning buffee with big bags. It cant be more than 3 star hotel (with 5 star prices).

It has great location but maintenance is not upto the mark
1. Booked deluxe room but when reached hotel they said all booked. However they gave upgraded room which was not comfortable, hence got it changed again.
2. Room has curtain which were damaged because if wear and tear. Should have been replaced.
3. Most of staff members doesn’t understand proper english. Had lot of difficulty in getting toasted bread in room.

Food was good and excellent location by the beach. Breakfast you get fresh juices , ehich you can make yourself. However the hotel does not live upto the rating , I rate it 6/10

Best located hotel in Natai beach. Spacious room and fruits for welcoming. Wake up and straight to the beach and repeat. Beautiful garden. Quiet place. Sunset watching is also memorable there.

service at breakfast and dining room can be improved.
