Optimal location, optimal comfort, best staff!!! Sleeping here is perfect. You have a quiet bedroom with a great view, TV wifi and the most abundant breakfast one could ask for. I travel to a different place every week and this was by far the best breakfast. HERE are the most kind and welcoming staff: Elisa calls you by your first name and makes you feel remembered. They give you a 10 % discount on the restaurant just across the street and the gorgeous town of Scanno is in walking distance! Any season of the year is great to stay here because you can either ski in the winter or go on horseback rides and hiking in the summer. You can also view the gorgeous heart shaped lake a few kilometers down the road. I highly recommend staying here to anyone!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful time here. The hotel itself has a rustic touch to it. If you are looking for a designer hotel, this is not the place. If you want it clean and simple with wonderful hosts, Enrico and his staff, this is the place. The room was quite spacious, the bathroom was very nice with both a bath tub and a bidet. There is also a balcony if you want to sit outside.
Breakfast was very good, a great variety og yoghurt, cheese, ham, fruit and cakes.
The hotel is centrally located, and at the same time you can go straight from the hotel for a walk in the mountains (or skiing, the chairlift is right next to the hotel). Recommended!

We stayed here 1 night in June. Our room was spacious, with a nice balcony and comfy chairs, large bathroom and a nice outdoor sitting area. The bed was very comfortable, I have back problems so this was important. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast had a wide range of foods to choose from, soft boiled eggs, cereal, many sweet cakes and croissants and meat and cheese. The coffee here was excellent. The family that runs it is so friendly and sweet, the daughter, Elisa, speaks some English, her brother, Claudio is also very helpful, and used google translate to tell us about the festival of St. Gregorio. Their dad was so friendly and eager to help and always had a smile. His dad was also there sitting in the front with a nice smile and wave when you went by. So 3 generations of family made it extra special. I would definitely return for a longer stay at this hotel. Scanno is also a very nice town.

Room tip: We had room number 10
